FACM holds 124th annual conference


The first Indigenous African Church in Africa and the world at large, The First African Church Mission (FACM) Incorporated will hold its 124th Annual Conference from tomorrow and end it with a thanksgiving service on Sunday, September 13. The conference will hold at St. Peter’s Cathedral Ahoda Diocese of the Archdiocese of Orashi, Rivers State.

The mission’s spokesman, Mr Emmanuel Campbell, said in a statement that the programmes for the five-day conference tagged: “A Chosen and Treasured Vessel unto the Lord (Acts 9:15),” would start at 10am daily. He said: “Also, a special prayer session where all participants would intercede for the peace, development and leadership of Nigeria is planned to hold on one of the conference days.

“As the primate and overall head of the Mission Worldwide, His Eminence Dr. Emmanuel Olabode Koya JP would preside over the conference with the assistance of Archbishops and Bishops of the Mission from all over the world.”
