It has been six months since Kanye West, 38, got his fans hyped for a new album when he announced its (original) name in March. As fans patiently await the arrival of Kanye’s Yeezusfollow-up, now titled SWISH, the rapper is more focused on his Yeezus clothing line, as it was part of New York Fashion Week on Sept. 16. Sneak peeks of the show have seemingly unfamiliar music in them, and Ye has us wondering: Could he be combining his fashion line with some new tunes?
Although it’s hard to tell if Kanye is the one singing the song featured in the rehearsal videos, it seems like a no-brainer that his fashion show would include his music. We sure hope it’s his stuff, though, because it sounds great! Take a listen and see what you think!
Sounds pretty cool and Kanye-like, right? Plus, a rapper named Post Malone even tweeted that the song is a collaboration between him, Kanye, and rapper Ty Dolla $ign, so the speculation might just be true!
Besides, this wouldn’t be the first time Ye decided to debut a tune at a fashion show— he featured his new song “Wolves” in a video during his Yeezus Season 1 New York Fashion Week show in February! We wouldn’t put it past Kanye to do it again this time around!
