Federal Government has commenced investigation into the University of Lagos electrocution case that resulted to the death of a 300 level accounting student, Miss Oluchi Anokwe.
The permanent Secretary of Ministry of Power, Amb. Godknows Igali disclosed this in a statement from Deputy Director (Press), Mr. Timothy Oyedeji.
According to the statement, the team is headed by Engr. Peter Ewesor of Nigeria Electricity Management Services Limited, (NEMSL) and the findings would be forwarded to Nigeria Electricity Reguatory Commission for appropriate sanction.
Also, the statement stated that the Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Power had on behalf of the sector expressed deep condolences to the family of the late student.
