Flagging-off the ceremony at the malarial control centre in Birnin Kebbi, the state governor assured the people of the state that his administration would be committed to the promotion of a robust healthcare service delivery in the state.
He said his administration would come up with policies and programmes that would streamline the health sector, especially maternal and child mortality.
Bagudu said: “I am going to promote the state’s health delivery system and also ensure the availability of medical personnel as well as quality drugs across the state’s health institutions.”
Speaking earlier, the Permanent Secretary in the state Ministry of Health, Alhaji Atiku Muammad Kend, said the distribution of the equipment will be among the 225 primary health facilities in the state.
