Days after showing off her bare belly in that gorgeous sheer dress at the Givenchy show, Kim rocked another show-stopping number. The black dress she wore on September 14 was form-fitting and fabulous with a lace-up slit running from her cleavage to just below her pregnant belly — we’re obsessed!
Wearing the sexy dress, Kim, accompanied by her hubby Kanye West, attended a dinner thrown by Carine Roitfeld, former editor-in-chief of Vogue Paris during NYFW. Kim looked so comfortable showing off her gorgeous baby bump, but it hasn’t always been this way! The reality star opened up about the maternity style struggles she faced while carrying her first-born, North, on her brand new website, which launched on September 14.
“Everyone used to say Kourtney had the best pregnancy style, so I would borrow a dress she wore when she was pregnant, and OMG it did not look the same!” Kim wrote on her website. “The side-by-side comparisons were just not good for my soul, so I finally had to figure out my own style that worked for ME! I didn’t even know my signature style yet, let alone how to dress for a baby bump! My style kept changing and nothing was consistent.”
Kim went on, “This time around, I know what I like — plus, I am confident and not trying to hide my bump. I actually want to accentuate it, And yes, long coats to cover my fat arms and ass! It’s such a trip how your body grows and changes, and at the end of the day, you have to wear what you are comfortable in and what you feel good in.”
