Imo State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps NSCDC has busted a syndicate that specializes in oil bunkering and adulteration of petroleum products.
The Illegal refinery according to the report is located at Prefab area of Aladinma in Owerri. Gov Rochas Okorocha commended the Corps for their diligence and called on economic saboteurs to cease forthwith.more photos below;
