The snap shows Stephanie Sheppard, Kim Kardashian‘s close friend and assistant, getting up close and personal with a very large penis. Wish we could have been invited to that party!
Stephanie is seen clutching a giant, inflatable, pink penis with a smiley face painted on the end of it. The screwed up face she’s making seems to show that she knows how awkward the snap is.
