Kourtney Kardashian has tended to the kids after her family rushed to Lamar Odom's bedside .
The reality star was spotted looking after daughter Penelope and niece North West in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
Kourtney was attempting to keep the girls' routine in order by taking them to a ballet class.
The 36-year-old tried to hide her emotions as she made sure Penelope and North weren't affected by Lamar's condition.
Penelope, whose dad is Scott Disick , was wearing a pink tutu as her mum carried her to the class.
Meanwhile two-year-old North, the daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, wore a pretty white outfit.
