Khloe Kardashian's ex-husband was allegedly at Dennis Hof's Love Ranch for a number of days partying with girls and taking a herbal substitute for viagra
Lamar Odom is pictured on a stretcher as an ambulance crew rush to transport him to hospital after he was found unconscious in a brothel.
The 35-year-old sportsman was taken to Desert View Hospital in Nevada on Tuesday before being moved to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas where he is battling for his life.
According to Radar Online, Lamar's kidneys are failing and his lungs have collapsed and doctors are doing everything they can to save him.
He also allegedly had cocaine in his system and track marks on one of his arms.
Sources have told US gossip site TMZ that Lamar "lost it" on Sunday after a scene aired on Keeping Up With The Kardashians showing Khloe on the phone to him after his close friend Jamie died.
When she got off the phone she said she was worried Lamar might spin out of control. In a separate scene Khloe also left a nightclub after hearing her ex was trying to get in.
He was allegedly at Dennis Hof's Love Ranch in Nevada on Tuesday when he received a call about the reality show and became "irate" and started complaining about the way he was being portrayed.
The conversation is said to have plunged him into turmoil and he allegedly took eight to ten herbal Viagras on the night before he was found - which can restrict blood flow to vital organs.
Khloe initially filed for divorce from the NBA star in December 2013 after months of reports claiming he had cheating on her and was abusing battling a drug problem.
His ex-wife and her family, including mum Kris Jenner, are at his bedside, while Khloe's brother Rob is on his way to the hospital.
Odom was allegedly found unconscious in a VIP suite with fluid streaming from his mouth.
Hof, who owns the Love Ranch, told the Daily News: "This is serious. He might not make it."
According to reports, Lamar was found by two prostitutes working at the ranch, and Hof described how they had seen him fall asleep at around 6am.
"They came back around 3pm and he was unconscious, so they immediately called 911," Hof said.
According to Mail Online, the two workers were called Ryder Cherry and Monica Monroe.
Odom previously went missing two years ago after a drug-fuelled bender at a Los Angeles hotel.
