Lamar Odom is reportedly showing slight signs of improvement as he continues to fight for his life in hospital.
According to Entertainment Tonight, the ex NBA star has been showing slight signs of recovery and squeezed his former sister-in-law Kim's hand.
A source said: "There have been a few encouraging moments, including when Odom briefly fluttered open his eyes and squeezed Kim Kardashian's hand."
Lamar, who was married to Kim's sister Khloe, is in a medically-induced coma after being found unconscious at a brothel in Las Vegas on Tuesday.
Most of the Kardashian family were pictured leaving the Intensive Care Unit of the Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas today, while ex-wife Khloe reminds by Lamar's bedside.
Workers at Dennis Hof's Love Ranch say the former athlete - who is said to have a 50/50 chance at survival - had been using cocaine in the days before he collapsed.
He also told operators that the 35-year-old had used up to 10 tabs of sexual performance enhancers - herbal Viagra - during his stay.
During a press conference on Wednesday afternoon the Nye Country Sheriff's Office also said there's a possibility Lamar could be charged with drug posession.
The former Lakers player is reportedly likely to have suffered "brain damage" as a result of a "loss of oxygen but also possible stroke," and doctors are treating the situation as a non-suicidal "overdose".
The whole Kardashian family have been by his bedside and have tweeted messages of support, asking for prayers.
