Amina J. Mohammed, one of the female ministerial nominees captured the hearts of many Nigerians yesterday, October 13, with her performance at the ongoing Senate screening
Amina confidently answered the questions thrown at her during screening. She talked about the need for Nigeria to integrate the new Sustainable Development Goals into its long term plans.
After answering the series of questions from the senators, Mohammed was told to take a bow.

Amina worked in the United Nations Millennium Project as a coordinator of the Task Force on Gender and Education between 2002 and 2005. She was appointed the United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon’s Special Adviser on Post-2015 Development Planning on June 7, 2012.
