David Villa, a famous Spanish striker, could soon change New York City for one of the European clubs.
According to the available information, a lot of clubs have been in contact with his agent regarding a short-term loan move in January.
Villa said: “I’m getting calls from all over the place since it became mathematically impossible for us to make the play-offs. There’s a lot of speculation about the possibility of a loan. There are rumours I’m hearing from lots of people but nothing is concrete”.
Villa is famous for his absolute record as a Spanish goalscorer with 59 goals in 97 appearances for his country.
He also won the Champions League in 2011 and two La Liga titles with Barcelona.
For his career he has made 499 club appearances and 39 international. Totally he scored 364 goals.
