Actress, Stella Damasus, has joined some of her colleagues who have been creating awareness about the high rate of domestic violence in the country. The actress stated that lots of women had died due to violence they got from their husbands who did not understand what true love is all about, adding that there was need to put an end to the dastardly act.
She warned African mothers to stop giving their daughters wrong advice because they had travelled similar paths previously in life. Stella noted that no man had the right to hit a woman either his wife or girlfriend no matter what the situation was. “Let’s work together to put an end to domestic violence.
