The war between Master P and his estranged wife Sonya Miller has reached a new level -- she's accusing him of verbal and physical abuse ... while plotting to turn their kids against her.
Miller was granted a temporary restraining order against P back in October, and a hearing is scheduled for Tuesday to make the order permanent.
According to court documents, Miller claims P has "brainwashed" their kids to go against her and used his money and power to wield influence over them. She also describes an incident from "long ago" where Master P allegedly hit her in the face and dragged her across the floor. She says she ended up in the hospital.
As of now, Master P must stay 100 yards away from Sonya. We'll see what happens in court on Tuesday. We've reached out to Master P's reps ... so far no word back.
