A cute labrador puppy, named Brody is currently receiving treatments at the Ebenezer Animal Hospital, after he was reportedly shot 18 times with a BB gun by two teenagers in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
April Sprawn, who is working at the hospital where Brody is making fast recovery said “he seems like he’s gonna pull through. He’s a strong little boy. He’s really, really sweet”.
The pellets are still in his body and the doctors said they cannot put him under anaesthesia, but that the bullets would only be removed if they cause him serious discomfort.
Accordignt o Dr Jay Hreiz, who is treating Brody, “he’s really young, so he has a remarkable ability to heal at his age. Brody may be able to live a healthy normal life with all those BBs in him”.
So many people have offered to adopt Brody after his recovery.
