The All Progressives Congress (APC) has called on the National Economic Council (NEC) to look into the N56, 000 minimum wage demand made by the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) for workers. The APC National Chairman, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun, who made the call Tuesday at his office in Abuja, stated that the solution also must be within the present economic realities.
Speaking further, the party chairman explained that the delay in the release of the Board and Chief Executives of federal parastatals appointments was as result of the pruning down of the ministries.
