Report: Totti Contract Finalised

There are reports Roma have agreed terms with Francesco Totti for a contract renewal, including marketing.

The captain has been considering the latest proposal on the table, which is to play on for one more season and then join the club staff.

According to ‘Mediaset Premium’, the final terms have been worked out and the sticking point was resolved by giving Totti a percentage of the marketing rights for his farewell match.

An official announcement is expected at the end of this month, when President James Pallotta flies in from Boston.

Totti’s current contract is due to expire on June 30.

The forward will turn 40 in September, but has no intention of hanging up his boots yet.
