Concerned leaders of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have faulted the zoning formula adopted last week by the National Executive Committee (NEC).
The group, led by former governor of Niger State, Dr. Mu’azu Babangida Aliyu, which met in Abuja on Wednesday, also said only one-third of NEC members were present at the meeting.
The Governor Emmanuel Udom-led zoning committee retained the National Chairmanship position to the North East.
Apart from the chairmanship at the North East, the positions of Deputy National Chairman and National secretary were retained in South-South and South West.
