The former Barcelona winger has swapped from the number 17 shirt to the number 11, following the departure of Brazilian striker Alexandre Pato at the expiration of his loan
Pedro is set to wear the No.11 shirt for Chelsea in the 2016-17 season, the club have confirmed.
The Spain international, who scored seven goals in 29 Premier League games last term, was initially given No.17 after arriving at the club from Barcelona.
However, following the departure of loanee striker Alexandre Pato, Pedro has taken the opportunity to wear the number he often wears for La Roja.
Chelsea have offered free shirt exchanges to any fans who purchased Pedro's old shirt number.
Meanwhile, Pato joins fellow loanee Radamel Falcao in departing the club as the summer transfer window opens.
