Jimoh, from a storey-building, when he discovered that Sanni had illegally “tapped” electricity from his flat.
Magistrate Tosin Fowowe-Erusiafe granted the accused N50,000 bail with two sureties in like sum and adjourned the case to November 1 for mention.
