Keeping Up With The Kardashians is not filming in Las Vegas and has not shot any footage for the reality TV show since Lamar Odom was rushed to hospital.
Despite reports that cameras were rolling as Khloe Kardashian arrived at the Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas with sister Kim and mum Kris Jenner on Tuesday night - the E! network have insisted it isn't the case.
Odom was rushed to hospital two days ago after being found unconscious at a Nevada brothel.
Ex-wife Khloe jetted to Vegas later that night - with Kris Jenner and sister Kim - and has been by his bedside ever since as the NBA star remains in a critical condition.
Issuing a statement to People magazine regarding rumours over filming, the E! Network said: "Lamar Odom appeared on several seasons of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, as well as two seasons of his own series Khloé & Lamar,"
According to TMZ, sources claimed that KUWTK is currently on hiatus so they couldn't have filmed any of the drama even if they wanted to.
While the family are known for putting their personal lives on camera, this is said to be different.
Insiders have reportedly told the website that the Kardashians have put the area around Lamar on lockdown and have banned any photography to ensure privacy for his friends and family.
In part, they claimed, the effort is to protect Khloe who is understandably said to be "very, very upset".
Khloe has not been seen since arriving in Las Vegas but both Kris and daughter Kim Kardashian have been photographed outside the hospital.
Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner joined them in Las Vegas on Wednesday to offer their support, as did Odom's father Joe.
