
According to Sports Day, the 19 year old signed a deal with Jonathan Barnett’s Stellar Football Limited, a management outfit that manages Real Madrid star, Gareth Bale despite having anexisting deal with First Eleven Football Limited, a United States based agency owned by Henry Galeano.
First Eleven were representing Iheanacho when he was underage but renewed their contract with the star in July after he passed age 18.
An anonymous source told Sports Day: “Kelechi Iheanacho’s football career may be heading for litigation and a possible FIFA sanction coming hard on him.
“This is because the player has just signed an agency deal with Stellar Football Limited while he still has an existing contract with First Eleven Limited, an agency that has managed him since he was a teenager.
Steller Football have however denied the claims saying Iheanacho is not one of the stars they manage.
In a related development, Iheanacho’s agent has served a year’s probation after he pleaded to sexual assault of two teenage girls. The agent Robert ‘Rob’ Zanicky, was arrested in 2013 after two minor’s told the police he attempted to forcefully have sex with them.
