Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are STILL married - and she is now making important medical decisions for him, it was claimed tonight.
The reality TV star is at the former NBA player's bedside as he continues to fight for life in hospital.
The 35-year-old' s organs are believed to be failing and he is in a critical condition after being found unconscious at Dennis Hof's Love Ranch South in Pahrump, Nevada.
According to TMZ, Lamar is still in a coma, and breathing "with the assistance of machines".
But the gossip website claims his heart is failing and he "is having serious problems with his kidneys and lungs".
Khloe was joined by her family at the hospital and is now believed to be making several medical decisions for her ex, TMZ reported.
The site claims, despite the couple signing the necessary legal documents to end their marriage in 2013, an "extreme backlog" in family courts means the divorce will not become final for another two months.
Odom was allegedly at the ranch for a number of days partying with girls and taking a herbal substitute for viagra, TMZ quoted sources as saying.
Hof reportedly told the site that Odom was found unconscious in a VIP suite with fluid streaming from his mouth.
Hof also told the Daily News: "This is serious. He might not make it."
He is believed to have been taken to Pahrump hospital on Tuesday where he is reportedly being airlifted from for further treatment.
According to reports, Lamar was found by two prostitutes working at the ranch, and Hof described how they had seen him fall asleep at around 6am.
"They came back around 3 p.m. and he was unconscious, so they immediately called 911," Hof said.
According to Mail Online, the two workers were called Ryder Cherry and Monica Monroe.
Khloe and Lamar split in 2013 after four years of marriage.
The couple - who tied the knot after just a month of dating - had been separated for several months before the Kardashian beauty filed for divorce in December that year.
It was rumoured at the time that Odom was struggling with substance abuse issues and had cheated on his wife.
Khloe recently spoke of her fears that Odom would "spiral out of control" after his longtime friend Jamie Sangouthai died .
Odom previously went missing two years ago after a drug-fueled bender at a Los Angeles hotel.
