Ibadan Poly Resumes April 4; Each Student To Pay N1,000 For Damages

As a form of punishment for their anti-establishment ‎act, the school authorities in a release signed by the Registrar, Mr Hezekiah Fehintola, and made available to New Telegraph Thursday in Ibadan, however, directed all the students to pay a sum of N1,000 each as reparation for damage done to the properties of the institution during the demonstration.

To forestall further breakdown of law and order, the management had ordered the students to go on mid semester break the resumption of which it has just announced.

The release read inter alia that “each of the students would pay reparation of one thousand naira for stage done to the properties of the Institution during their recent demonstration by logging on to http://apply2.polyibadan.edu.ng.
