Super Eagles Yet To Get Bonuses, Allowances

Home-based Super Eagles players have not been paid their bonuses and camp allowances after they were eliminated from the African Nations Championship in Rwanda. Nigeria lost their last group game 1-0 against Guinea and exited the competition at the group stage.

Head coach, Sunday Oliseh, blamed their unimpressive outing on lack of motivation and up till now, the players are still waiting for the monies to be paid. One of the players said, “Most of us arrived in Nigeria with nothing to give to our families.”
