The former National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) and candidate for Anambra Central, Sir Victor Umeh, who were arrested Thursday by Department of State Services (DSS) has been release.
Confirming this to New Telegraph, Media Assistant to Umeh, Stan Okeke, said he is expected to arrive Enugu by noon from Abuja.
