Pastor Paul Adefarasin, the Senior Pastor of the House of the Rock Church, was seen this morning controlling traffic on the Island.
The past alighted from his car when the heavy traffic prevented the easy movement of vehicles and decided to do the traffic warden job. See another photo below;
