Stunning Cop Who Posted Topless Rifle Selfie Resigns

A police officer who became an overnight online sensation after posing for a topless selfie in her patrol car has reportedly quit the force to stop a probe into her activities.

Officer Nidia Garcia a married mother of two, was suspended pending an investigation into the pictures showing her in her uniform flashing her breasts as she cuddles up to a rifle, Mexican police in Escobedo confirmed.

But before the investigation was completed, Garcia handed in her notice. The local council says that it was on a voluntary basis,reports Daily Mirror .
Police also said that as soon as she resigned, the administrative process against her was stopped.After the photo went viral, Nidia posted a confession on Facebook, admitting to posing for the snap - but denying she uploaded it to social media.
