Three Passengers Die After Plane Crashes In Spanish Village

Three passengers were confirmed dead on Friday after a small plane crashed in a village in Northern Spain.

The crash according to a witness report was caused by a collision with a vulture.

A statement from the regional government stated that the plane crashed late Thursday.

It stated that the plane had taken off from Coimbra, in Portugal, and was heading towards the city of Dax in south-western France, reports dpa.

“The three victims, including two men and a woman were all French nationals.

“No residents of Arbizu, near Pamplona, were reported injured, though several locals received medical treatment after suffering from shock,” said the statement.
