There’s been absolutely zero drama lately and that’s just the way Selena Gomez wants it! HollywoodLife. com has learned that she loves being on tour because it keeps her away from being tempted to keep tabs on ex, Justin Bieber.
If Selena Gomez, 23, seems extra happy with life lately, she should be! Not only is she crisscrossing the country feeling so much love from her fans, we learned she’s also been able to totally keep Justin Bieber, 22, out of her head for a change with the hectic pace of her tour, which has been totally “therapeutic” for the singer.
“Selena is busy and enjoying being on tour, she loves not having to miss Justin, she loves not having to be bored and text Justin to pass the time. She loves that she doesn’t have to keep tabs on him because she would always watch out for what he was doing while she was not working,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com
By keeping busy like she is, Selena probably didn’t feel as much of a sting when Bieber was spotted out on a hot date with Transformers actress Nicola Peltz, 21. Not only is he romancing the beautiful blonde, he took her to Mastro’s steakhouse May 25, a place that was always a favorite of Selena and Justin’s when they were still a couple.
“She loves being busy and enjoying tour life and just being completely out of Justin’s radar. It has been a pretty nice and therapeutic,” our insider adds.
Selena has been playing sold out shows across the U.S. and Canada and has been feeling so much love from her fans that it times it makes her cry with emotion when she performs.
Justin’s free time antics like dating Nicola and going camping with the bros won’t last for much longer though, as the singer’s break from his ‘Purpose tour’ is coming to an end June 13, when he goes back on the road for the next seven months.
He’s going to be working all the way through the end of the year so hopefully once Selena gets done with her tour in July, Justin will be busy with his own work.
