
Following the deadly clash which took place at the Agility-area of Mile 12, Governor Ambode has visited the scenes where hostilities took place.
The governor visited the embattled area on Sunday, March 6, he was in company of the Lagos state commissioner of police, Fatai Owoseni.
Ambode inspected location that were badly affected by the clash, while getting briefs on actions taken to restore peace and tranquility to the areas affected.

In the same vein, Governor Ambode has said his administration has the will and capacity to fight all forms of crime and criminality in Lagos state. Ambode stated this while reading the riot act to persons who have taken to kidnapping, warning that there would be no hiding place for such act.
In his address to pressmen on the safe rescue of the three girls abducted by gunmen from the Babington Macaulay Junior Seminary School in Ikorodu last Monday, February 29, Ambode warned that the state government will spare nothing to clamp down on all forms of crime in the state.
